Police reports

Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) for the week ending June 5. The official log is located at 1033 Massachusetts Ave., sixth floor.

May 30: Officers were dispatched on a report of a male cornering a female in the alley between Dunster and Mather House. The individual was taken into custody on charges of domestic assault and battery.

June 1: An officer was dispatched to 28 Fernald Drive to take a report of larceny from a motor vehicle. An officer was dispatched on a report of a homeless person in Loker Commons. The individual was located and placed under arrest for trespassing. Vandalism to a tractor was reported at 155 N. Harvard St. An iPod was reported stolen at 180 Longwood Ave. A backpack and its contents were reported stolen at Sever Hall.

June 2: Vandalism to a motorcycle was reported at Rockefeller Hall. An officer was dispatched to Areeda Hall to take a report of suspicious mail.

June 3: On Kennedy Street, an officer was approached regarding a harassment report. The individual was directed to the Cambridge Police Department because the incident occurred outside HUPD jurisdiction. Credit cards and a bus pass were reported stolen at 124 Mt. Auburn St. An officer took a report of a stolen ATM and credit card at the Science Center.

June 4: Officers were dispatched to the Science Center on a report of an unwanted guest. Officers arrived and transported the individual to Cambridge City Hospital. A cash box was reported stolen at 124 Mt. Auburn St.

June 5: An officer was dispatched to Peabody Terrace to take a report of a stolen backpack. An officer was dispatched to Peabody Terrace to take a report of suspicious e-mails.

Since May 30, three bicycles have been reported stolen.
