Faculty Council meeting — Dec. 12, 2018

On Dec. 12 the Faculty Council heard a proposal to dissolve the Standing Committee on the Library. They also approved a proposal from the graduate program in Population Health Sciences and heard a proposal regarding concurrent master’s degrees for undergraduates. Finally, they heard a proposal to change the name of the Department of Visual and Environmental Studies.

The Council next meets on Jan. 30. The preliminary deadline for the Feb. 5 meeting of the Faculty is Jan. 22 at noon.
