HAA announces Elected Director results

Teresita Alvarez-Bjelland ’76, president of the Harvard Alumni Association (HAA), recently announced the results of the annual election of new members of the Harvard Alumni Association. The results were released at the annual meeting of the association following the University’s 358th Commencement on June 4. The six new Elected Directors are:

Paul Choi ’86, J.D. ’89, from Chicago, partner, Sidley Austin LLP

Carlos Cordeiro ’78, M.B.A. ’80, from Hong Kong, retired director, Goldman Sachs

Cynthia Maxwell ’92, M.D. ’97, from Toronto, assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology and staff perinatologist, University of Toronto

Liz Ryan ’81, from Los Angeles, film and television producer and director

Meg Vaillancourt ’78, from Boston, vice president for corporate and community affairs, Boston Red Sox
