New shelter will protect bicycles

1 min read

Bicyclists across the University have a new way to protect their rides. University Operations Services’ Transportation Services and CommuterChoice recently unveiled a covered bike shelter near the newly completed Francis Avenue parking lot close to the Divinity School. The shelter is large enough to protect 74 bikes from the elements and when the interior lighting is installed it will be solar powered. Transportation Services and CommuterChoice worked closely with Harvard’s Divinity School and the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. For more information, visit http://www.commuterchoice.harvard.edu.
