Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) for the week ending March 3. The official log is located at 1033 Massachusetts Ave., sixth floor, and is available online athttp://www.hupd.harvard.edu/.

April 3: Two gas-powered generators valued at $2,000 were reported stolen at 18 Sumner Road. An unattended mail package containing a coat was reported stolen at Matthews Hall. Officers assisted the Massachusetts State Police with a motor vehicle accident at Western Avenue and Burmingham Parkway.

April 4: Graffiti was reported at 641 Huntington Ave. Officers were dispatched to a report of a fire in trash barrel at 111 Western Ave. Officers arrived and reported that the fire was dying out. The Boston Fire Department arrived and extinguished what remained of the fire. Officers reported that the trash barrel was destroyed and some of the bricks on the walkway were damaged. No damage to the building was reported. An officer was dispatched to 230 Western Ave. to take a report of damage to a parking gate arm caused by a motor vehicle. A video camera, two videotapes, two rolls of film, and a camcorder case were stolen from a motor vehicle at 1 Western Ave. A Blackberry cell phone was reported stolen at 111 Western Ave. A credit card and cash in the amount of $40 were reported stolen from Hollis Hall.

April 5: An officer took a report of an individual involved in an assault at 60 Garden St.

April 6: An unattended Nintendo Wii gaming unit was reported stolen from the Pound Building.

April 7: At 32 Mill St., officers observed an individual attempting to remove a bicycle that was secured to a pole. The individual stated that the bicycle belonged to them. The individual was then run for warrants with negative results. The individual later stated that the bicycle was not theirs. The officers then placed the individual under arrest for attempting to commit a crime. Graffiti was reported at the Harvard School of Public Health and at Currier House. An unattended pair of eyeglasses was reported stolen at 665 Huntington Ave.
