Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department for the week ending Dec. 11. The official log is located at 1033 Massachusetts Ave., sixth floor, and is available online at http://www.hupd.harvard.edu/.

Dec. 7: An officer was dispatched to the Warren Alpert Building to take a report of a stolen video camera, a flexible Firewire stand, and a pair of wireless headphones.

Dec. 8: An officer took a report of harassment at Hemenway Gym. The reporting individual had received harassing e-mails and was victim to unwanted visits at their office and the gym. A women’s scarf, coat, and hat were reported stolen from the Faculty Club.

Dec. 9: An officer was dispatched to Lowell House on a report of a past attempted theft. Officer observed that the bottom of the door had been pushed in and checked the area for other signs of forced entry with negative results. Nothing was missing at the time of the report. A pocketbook containing keys and an ID card was reported stolen from Eliot House.

Dec. 10: A card reader was reported vandalized at Leverett House Towers. An officer was dispatched to Morris Hall to take a report of two broken windowpanes that were part of the side panel to the front door. The interior glass was not damaged and the premise was secured. A cell phone was reported stolen from Gund Hall.

Dec. 11: Check fraud was reported at 111 Western Ave. Annoying phone calls were reported at the Science Center. A pocketbook containing a wallet, ID cards, keys, $100 in cash, and other personal items was reported stolen from the Holyoke Center. Two unattended women’s wallets were reported stolen from Gund Hall. An unattended brown paper bag containing three women’s necklaces, pearl earrings, and two pairs of jeans was reported stolen from William James Hall.
