Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department for the week ending April 12. The official log is located at 1033 Massachusetts Ave., sixth floor.

April 6: An individual was placed under arrest for breaking and entering at 20 DeWolfe St. A radio from a motor vehicle was reported stolen at Peabody Terrace Garage. Vandalism to a motor vehicle was reported at the Littauer Center lot. A vending machine was reported broken into at the Biology Lab.

April 7: Furniture was reported stolen from 8 Cowperthwaite St. A watch was reported stolen from Shad Hall.

April 8: An officer assisted the Cambridge Police Department (CPD) with a report of vandalism to a motor vehicle at Surrey Street. Officers assisted the Boston Police Department with a motor vehicle accident at 763 Morton St. An officer assisted CPD with a disabled motor vehicle on Massachusetts Avenue.

April 9: Burglary to a vending machine was reported at Tosteson Medical Education Center. A possible breaking and entering was reported at the International House. Vandalism to a motor vehicle was reported at Peabody Terrace. A wallet was reported stolen from American Repertory Theater. An officer assisted four other agencies with a small, contained chemical spill at the Science Center.

April 10: An assault was reported at 38 Oxford St. At Haskins Hall, five possible trespassers were issued a trespass warning and escorted from the property.

April 11: Officers assisted the CPD with motor vehicle accidents at 45 Mt. Auburn St. and Garden Street. Vandalism to a window was reported at Peabody Terrace. A trespasser was placed under arrest for warrant service at 35 Dunster St. A LCD monitor was reported stolen from the Maxwell Dworkin Building.

April 12: An indecent assault was reported at the Quad Houses. The incident is under investigation. A wallet was reported stolen from Dunster House. Officers assisted CPD with an assault at Gund Hall. A report of credit card fraud was filed at 279 Tremont St. A control panel and a computer monitor were reported stolen from the Spangler Building. Credit cards were reported stolen from Dillon Field House. Bike parts were reported stolen at South Hall.
