Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) for the week ending Nov. 9. The official log is located at 1033 Massachusetts Ave., sixth floor.

Nov. 3: A harassing phone call was reported at Lowell House.

Nov. 4: An officer was dispatched to the Soldiers Field Park visitor lot on a report of a past motor vehicle accident in which one of the involved parties had left the area without exchanging information. A cell phone was reported stolen at Tosteson Medical Education Center (MEC). Stolen purses were reported at the Malkin Athletic Center (MAC), the School of Public Health, and 6 Divinity Ave.

Nov. 5: An officer observed a motor vehicle accident at Francis and Longwood avenues. Officer assisted in the exchanging of information between the drivers. Officer was dispatched to 20 Oxford St. on the report of a motor vehicle accident involving a bicycle. Cambridge Police Department was on the scene. The victim was transported to Cambridge City Hospital (CCH). A laptop was reported stolen from Perkin Lab.

Nov. 6: Officer dispatched to check the well-being of a student at Dudley Co-op. Student was OK. Officer dispatched to CCH to check on a student involved in an accident the previous evening. The student, whose school was notified, was transported to Beth Israel Hospital for treatment. Officer observed a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian on Garden St. Parties refused medical treatment. An individual sleeping in Gund Hall was issued a trespass warning for all University property.

Nov. 7: An off-duty officer observed a motor vehicle accident with injuries at the Newell Boathouse. Massachusetts State Police, the Boston Fire Department, and an ambulance were dispatched to the scene. A report of suspicious notes being left on a motor vehicle was filed at Broadway Garage. A wallet was reported missing at Gutman Library. A door was reported vandalized at Paine Hall. At Annenberg Hall, an individual was issued a trespass warning for all University property.

Nov. 8: An officer was dispatched to the MAC on the report of a motor vehicle accident involving a bicyclist. Victim refused medical treatment. A report of identity theft was filed at North Hall. A credit card was reported lost at Currier House.

Nov. 9: An officer was dispatched to Adams House to take a report of an individual who was the victim of a simple assault. The victim refused any medical treatment. Money was reported stolen from Lowell House. A purse was reported stolen from Massachusetts Hall. Officers were dispatched on a report of a domestic disturbance at Soldiers Field Park. An emergency restraining order was issued against the suspect. Officers later arrested the suspect on an active warrant while attempting to serve them an emergency restraining order.
