Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) from Monday, Dec. 10, through Saturday, Jan. 5. The official log is located at 29 Garden St.

Dec. 10: At Grays Hall, a caller reported a suspect stole a bicycle tire from a bike rack and fled. An officer searched the area with negative results. A cell phone was reported stolen from Gannett House.

Dec. 11: A computer was reported stolen from Gund Hall.

Dec. 12: A ring was reported stolen from 10 Ware St. A coat was reported stolen from Blodgett Pool.

Dec. 14: An officer was dispatched to a report of a breaking and entering in progress at Grays Hall. Area was searched with negative results. Suspects had cut a window screen in an open window to gain entry. A case of CDs was stolen. Suspects fled toward Massachusetts Avenue.

A set of luggage left unattended inside the courtyard of Kirkland House was stolen. Wallets were reported stolen from Blodgett Pool and the Weld Hall laundry room. A computer was reported stolen at the Biology Lab.

Dec. 15: A cell phone was reported stolen from Kresge Dining Hall.

Dec. 16: Officers responded to Soldiers Field Park regarding a report of an envelope containing a white powdery substance. The Boston Fire Department impounded the envelope.

Dec. 17: A report was filed on a stolen ID card being used to access the Countway Library.

Dec. 18: An individual was placed under arrest for breaking and entering Lowell House. A bicycle was reported stolen at Lyman Lab.

Dec. 20: Officers were dispatched to Peabody Terrace on a report of a domestic disturbance. The subject was placed under arrest for assault and battery.

Dec. 24: A backpack and laptop were reported stolen from Harvard Medical School.

Dec. 31: An officer took a report of vandalism to a motor vehicle at the Malkin Lot.

Jan. 2: At 50 Church St., Harvard Environmental Health and Safety impounded two suspicious letters that smelled of ammonia. Two laptops were reported stolen from FAS Personnel Services. Money was reported stolen from a purse at Coolidge Hall.

Jan. 3: Four computers were reported stolen from FAS Personnel Services. Wallets were reported stolen from Coolidge Hall and the Cronkhite Graduate Center.

Jan 4: An individual was arrested at Shaw Hall for violating an existing restraining order.

Jan. 5: A backpack was reported stolen from 260 Longwood Ave.
