Police reports

Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) for the week ending Saturday, Nov. 24. The official log is located at 29 Garden St.

Nov. 12: Officer dispatched to a report of an individual following someone. Individual was located and identity was obtained. Individual was issued a trespass warning at the Science Center.

Nov. 14: A pocketbook was reported stolen at Kresge Dining Hall. A wallet was reported stolen at Byerly Hall. Cash was reported stolen at the Goldenson Building.

Nov. 15: A suspicious individual was issued a trespass warning at Rosovsky Hall. A backpack was reported stolen at Langdell Hall. A cell phone was reported stolen at Building 3 at the School of Public Health. Equipment was reported stolen from a secured storage area at Austin Hall. A bicycle was reported stolen from Pound Hall. Cash was reported stolen at Shad Hall.

Nov. 16: A bicycle was reported stolen at Thayer Hall. A Palm Pilot was reported stolen from Morgan Hall. A backpack and wallet were reported stolen from Longfellow Hall.

Nov. 17: At Agassiz Theatre, an individual was arrested for trespassing. An officer took a report of a stolen ID being used to access the Countway Library.

Nov. 18: A Palm Pilot was reported stolen at Harkness Commons.

Nov. 19: Vandalism to a copy machine was reported at Currier House. An individual was arrested for trespassing at Pennypacker Hall. Laptop computers were reported stolen from Straus Hall and Quincy House. Credit cards were reported stolen at the Quadrangle Recreational Athletic Center. A bicycle was reported stolen from Lyman Library.

Nov. 20: Clothing was reported stolen from Blodgett Pool. Three computers were reported stolen from the Seely Mudd Building.

Nov. 21: An individual was arrested for larceny of a bicycle on Mill Street. A cell phone was reported stolen at the Littauer Center. A computer case and power pack were reported stolen at William James Hall. A computer was reported stolen at Shannon Hall. An officer was dispatched to the Littauer Center to remove an unwanted guest.

Nov. 23: HUPD assisted Boston Police and State Police in checking the area of Soldiers Field Park after receiving reports of alleged gunshot sounds.
