Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) for the week ending Saturday, May 5. The official log is located at Police Headquarters, 29 Garden St.

April 29: HUPD officers and the Cambridge Fire Department responded to a spill of pyridine at Mallinckrodt Lab. The fire alarm was pulled in order to evacuate the building.

April 30: An officer responded to a report of an individual breaking glass behind the Bureau of Study Council. Upon arrival, the officer discovered a suspicious male inside the building. Subject was placed under arrest when he attempted to flee.

May 1: Vandalism to a vending machine was reported at Thayer Hall. At Straus Hall, officers arrested a subject for trespassing.

May 2: A wallet and cell phone were reported stolen from Claverly Hall.

May 4: A bike was reported stolen from Holmes Hall. A wallet and cell phone were reported stolen from Harkness Commons.
