Police reports

Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department for the week ending Jan. 31. The official log is located at 1033 Massachusetts Ave., sixth floor.

Jan. 25: An officer was dispatched to Leverett House to take a report of a harassing call received.

Jan. 26: A coat and scarf were reported stolen at Dunster House. On Longwood Avenue, officers responded to assist with a water main leak. MBTA Police Department and the Boston Police Department were notified. Boston Fire Department responded.

Jan. 27: An officer took a report of damage done to a fence at Apley Court Lot. Purses were reported stolen at Jefferson Lab and Harvard Hall. Cash and credit cards were reported stolen at Kirkland House.

Jan. 28: An officer was dispatched to Griswold Hall to take a report of a harassing call received. Suspicious letters were reported at the School of Public Health, Building 4. Officers were dispatched to Dunster House on a report of a suspicious individual. Officers came upon the individual described and conducted a field interview. Subject was taken into custody and charged with trespassing. Additional charges were later filed against the individual, including larceny and daytime breaking and entering. Cash, jewelry, and personal items were reported stolen at 472 Broadway St.

Jan. 29: Vandalism to motor vehicles was reported at Soldiers Field Park garage and the Business School lot. An officer was dispatched to Hauser Hall to take a report of harassing calls.

Jan. 30: Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at Haskins Hall. Officer reported domestic assault occurred and a subject was taken into custody. An officer was dispatched to Child Hall to take a report of a suspicious e-mail. An ID card was reported stolen at Gund Hall.

Jan. 31: A wallet was reported stolen at the Dental School.

Since Jan. 25, three projectors have been reported stolen.
