Ludger Wessels wins culinary gold medal

Ludger Wessels, executive catering chef for Harvard University Dining Services’ (HUDS’) Crimson Catering division, earned an American Culinary Federation (ACF) Gold Medal in the National Association of College and University Food Services’ Region 1 Culinary Challenge this past March.
