Police reports

Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department for the week ending March 1. The official log is located at 1033 Massachusetts Ave., sixth floor.

Feb. 23: Harassing phone calls were reported at Eliot House. Officers assisted the Cambridge Police Department with an assault in progress on Linden Street. An officer was dispatched to Currier House to take a report of harassment.

Feb. 24: An officer assisted the Boston Police Department (BPD) with a motor vehicle accident at 125 Arborway. Payroll checks were reported stolen from Leverett House Dining Hall. Threatening phone calls were reported at Converse Lab. Vandalism to a car was reported at Broadway Garage. Wallets were reported stolen from the Science Center and the Kennedy School.

Feb. 25: Wallets were reported stolen from University Health Services (UHS) and the Taubman Center. Officers were dispatched to Harkness Commons on a report of a stolen ring. The subject was placed under arrest for larceny over $250, resisting arrest, and trespassing. An officer was dispatched to Countway Library on a report of a suspicious package. Environmental Health and Safety was notified and removed the item from the area.

Feb. 26: At UHS, an officer assisted the BPD with an assault investigation. A purse and computer were reported stolen from Armenise Building 1. A wallet was reported stolen from Andover-Harvard Theological Library.

Feb. 27: A report of harassment was filed at Memorial Hall. Graffiti was reported at Mather House. Rings were reported stolen at Landmark Center. Money was reported stolen at the Pound Building. At the School of Public Health, an officer assisted a process server in serving court papers. A checkbook was reported stolen at the Kennedy School.

Feb. 28: An officer was dispatched to Leverett House Towers on the report of a person in need of medical assistance. The subject was transported to Mt. Auburn Hospital by Professional Ambulance for treatment. An officer was dispatched to the Spangler Building to take a report of a stolen duffel bag containing video equipment. Wallets were reported stolen from the Biology Lab, Hemenway Gym, and Hauser Hall. A passport was reported lost at 1033 Massachusetts Ave. A laptop was reported stolen from Thayer Hall.

March 1: Artwork was reported stolen at Gutman Library.
