Lin takes home Ivy League Player of the Week award
Co-captain recognized for efforts in 74-67 upset over B.C.
Crimson guard Jeremy Lin ’10 made national name for himself last season, helping the Harvard men’s basketball in their 82-70 upset over Boston College (B.C.). The senior co-captain has the college basketball world buzzing again this season, after guiding Harvard to another victory over B.C. in Chestnut Hill, Mass., by a score of 74-67.
Lin, who had a game-high 25 points, went 7 of 10 from the floor, knocked down 10 of 12 from the free throw line, and added four rebounds and four assists, earning him Ivy League Player of the Week honors for the second straight week, and the third time this season.
Only one other player in the league has won the award three times.
