Winthrop House will hold a memorial service for Harvard junior Anthony Fonseca at St. Paul’s Church, 29 Mount Auburn St., on Thursday, March 4, at 4 p.m. The ceremony will be followed by a reception in the masters’ house at 5:30.
Funeral services will take place at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Lawton, Okla., on Friday, Feb. 27, at 10 a.m. Members of the Harvard community are welcome to attend.
A book of remembrance is available in the Winthrop House dining hall at all hours. It will be presented to Anthony’s family.

It is with deep regret that I must give you the sad news of the death of one of our undergraduates, Anthony Fonseca. I extend my heartfelt sympathies to his Winthrop Housemates, friends, and classmates. I know the entire Harvard community joins me in extending to his family our deepest sympathies.
A time like this can be very difficult for everyone, especially those who knew Anthony. I would like to remind his friends, classmates, and all students and staff that there are many people on campus who can help you through this difficult time.
