Costas Papaliolios

Friends and colleagues of Costas Papaliolios, professor of physics emeritus, are invited to attend a memorial service at the Faculty Club on Sunday (Nov. 10) at 2 p.m.

Papaliolios, who passed away on June 6, held a joint appointment with the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory and was best known for his experimental contributions to quantum mechanics and his novel techniques for astronomical imaging. He was 71.
