Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) for July 16 through Aug. 11. The official log is located at Police Headquarters, 29 Garden St.

July 16: Money was reported stolen from Perkins and Vanderbilt halls. A purse was reported stolen at Chase Hall.

July 18: An officer responded to a report of an individual attempting to gain access to Mather House using a lost ID. Subject was gone on arrival.

July 19: Motor vehicles were reported vandalized while parked at the Langdell Library and the BSCH lot. A cell phone was reported stolen at the Carpenter Center.

July 21: A wallet was reported stolen from the Science Center.

July 22: A wallet was reported stolen from Hauser Hall.

July 24: Bags were reported stolen from McCulloch Hall and the Armenise Building at the Medical School.

July 25: A camera was reported stolen from Soldiers Field Park. A wallet was reported stolen from the Biology Lab.

July 29: A bag was reported stolen from Holworthy Hall. At Divinity Hall, a juvenile was arrested for larceny of a bicycle and possession of a class D substance (marijuana).

July 31: A computer was reported stolen from Holmes Hall. A book bag and jacket were reported stolen from Widener Library.

Aug. 1: At Rosovsky Hall, an individual was placed under arrest for possession of a class A substance (heroin). A camera was reported stolen from the Warren Alpert Building.

Aug. 8: Six laptop computers were reported stolen from a storage area at Shad Hall.

Aug. 9: Officers were dispatched to a report of a man sleeping in the basement at Gund Hall. Subject was field interviewed, arrested for a warrant, and charged with trespassing. At the Spangler Building, an officer was dispatched to take a report of a stolen bag containing cash. Suspect was identified and property was recovered.

Aug. 10: An Annenburg Hall larceny suspect was stopped, identified, and placed under arrest.

There were 18 reports of stolen bicycles from July 16 to Aug. 11.
