Harvard Employment Office hosting Career Forum on June 13

1 min read

Harvard’s Employment Office, in consultation with a University-wide organizing committee, is hosting Career Forum 2000 on Tuesday, June 13. This year’s event will be held from noon to 7 p.m. at the Graduate School of Design’s Gund Hall, 48 Quincy Street (corner of Cambridge and Quincy streets).

The Forum will provide candidates interested in exploring professional and administrative support careers at Harvard with an opportunity to meet with local representatives drawn from the various Schools and hiring units. The format will be an open forum setting, with individual tables provided for participating units. Tables will be organized to provide job-seekers with the chance to visit and learn about the distinctive qualities of each School or area. Information will also be provided on Harvard’s benefits, commitment to training and development, tuition assistance, and applying online via HIRES.

Team Harvard partner organizations – the National Association of Black Accountants, the National Association of Asian-American Professionals, and Latino Professional Network – have been invited to attend the event to share information about their groups’ activities. In conjunction with Parents in A Pinch, limited on-site child care for attendees will be provided.

Call the Employment Office at (617) 495-2772 for more information.
