Faculty Council meeting — Feb. 9, 2022

On Feb. 9 the Faculty Council approved a proposal to change the name of the Standing Committee on Athletic Sports to the Standing Committee on Athletics and to update the committee’s description. They also approved a proposal to bring the Rules of Faculty Procedure up to date with current Faculty legislation and terminology. Finally, they heard proposals regarding double concentrations, cross-registration, and course registration.

The Council next meets on Feb. 23. The preliminary deadline for the March 1 meeting of the Faculty is Feb. 15 at noon.
