This year’s HAA Global Series leads to China

In March 2008 Harvard President Drew Faust traveled to Shanghai, China, for the sixth Harvard Alumni Association (HAA) Global Series. Launched in May 2002, the Global Series conference represents an effort to bring Harvard to alumni worldwide. This year’s event brought together faculty, alumni panelists, and other speakers whose work focuses on China and the region to share ideas, meet new colleagues and renew old friendships. More than 630 alumni from 27 countries attended the conference. Next year the Global Series conference will be in Cape Town, South Africa.
