Behind-the-scenes front and center at the Peabody

In recognition of archaeology month at the Peabody Museum, the Divinity Avenue museum will open one of its laboratories to the public for a behind-the-scenes look Oct. 9 from noon to 4:30 p.m. This particular lab works with archaeologists in identifying found bones from excavations. Zooarchaeologists from the Peabody will demonstrate the process using the skeletons of modern animals. The special event is free and open to all.
