Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department for the week ending Oct. 18. The official log is located at 1033 Massachusetts Ave., sixth floor.

Oct. 12: Officers were dispatched on a report of blood-soaked paper towels and cigarette butts found at the entrance of the DeWolfe Street garage. The Criminal Investigation Division responded and photographed the area. Two digital cameras, three chargers, and two memory cards were reported stolen from a construction trailer at Baker Library. Two support jacks were reported stolen from a construction site behind 34 Kirkland St. Graffiti was reported outside Schlesinger Library and Byerly Hall, and on the sidewalk in front of the Cronkhite Center. Harassing phone calls were reported received at Vanderbilt Hall. Officers were dispatched to Gund Hall on the report of a male in the first-floor women’s room. The individual was located and taken into custody.

Oct. 13: Harassing hang-up phone calls were reported at Jefferson Lab. A U.S. passport was reported stolen at Quincy House.

Oct. 14: A purse was reported stolen at the Pound Building.

Oct. 15: Vandalism to a locker was reported at Kresge Dining Hall. A bicycle was reported stolen at Widener Library.

Oct. 16: Officers assisted the Cambridge Police Department with a victim of an assault at 1341 Massachusetts Ave.

Oct. 17: Items from an unattended wallet were reported stolen at Eliot House. A cell phone was reported stolen from the Science Center. A handbag and its contents were reported stolen at Mather House.

Oct. 18: An officer was dispatched to take a report of a slashed tire on a vehicle that was parked in front of Gund Hall. A cast-iron table was reported stolen at Hauser Hall.

Since Oct. 12, five laptops have been reported stolen.
