Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department for the week ending April 19. The official log is located at 1033 Massachusetts Ave, sixth floor.

April 13: At Quincy House, officers placed an individual under arrest for six default warrants.

April 14: Vandalism to windows was reported at Leverett House Towers and Holden Chapel. Burglary to vending machines was reported at the Museum of Comparative Zoology, 7 Divinity Ave., and the Pound Building. Vandalism to the entryway doors of Eliot House Dining Hall was reported. A patio table was reported vandalized at 1552 Tremont St. A television/radio was reported stolen from the Holyoke Center. A computer was reported stolen from the Science Center.

April 15: A harassing phone call was reported at the Credit Union. Officers placed an individual under arrest for a default warrant at 96 Winthrop St. Wallets were reported stolen at the Warren Alpert Building and the Seeley Mudd Building. Officers were dispatched to take a report of a hit-and-run with property damage at Harvard Medical School.

April 16: A report of harassing e-mails was filed at 1033 Massachusetts Ave. Officers assisted U.S. Marshals with serving a warrant at Vanderbilt Hall.

April 17: An officer was dispatched to Peabody Terrace to take a report of the fraudulent use of a debit card. An officer was dispatched on a report of a fire at 1306 Massachusetts Ave. The Cambridge Fire Department extinguished the fire. At 4 Flagg St., officers assisted the Cambridge Police Department (CPD) with an arrest.

April 18: Cash was reported stolen from 51 Brattle St. An officer was dispatched to Aldrich Hall to take a report of an assault and battery.

April 19: A purse was reported stolen from Mather House. An officer was dispatched to the Laboratory for Human Reproduction and Reproductive Biology on a report of a possible chemical leak. The leak was contained.
