  • More than 320 sheet pans of brownies baked in the Harvard Bakery 
  • More than 1,000 cases of refreshments – 24,000 bottles of water/12,000 bottles of lemonade 
  • 12,000 Harvard “H” Ice Cream 
  • 2,200 portions of salmon 
  • More than 52 flats (or 624 pints) of strawberries 
  • More than 1,500 pounds of fruit salad 
  • More than 6,600 miniature pastries 
  • More than 18,000 chocolate chip cookies 
  • 7,000 box/bag lunches prepared in two to three days 
  • More than 3,000 chocolate-dipped strawberries 
  • More than 1,000 hockey puck-shaped chocolates 
  • More than 5,000 ice-cream novelties
