Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) for the week ending May 14. The official log is located at 1033 Massachusetts Ave., sixth floor, and is available online athttp://www.hupd.harvard.edu/.

May 10: A mountain bike was reported stolen from Harvard Hall. An officer was dispatched to 10 Cowperthwaite St. to take a report of damage done to a motor vehicle’s right front panel that was caused by another motor vehicle.

May 11: At Dillon Field House, $675 in cash was reported stolen. An officer assisted an individual in obtaining a restraining order at 206 Holden St. A bicycle was reported stolen from Dudley House.

May 12: An officer took a report of an assault at 173 Pleasant St. The reporting individual stated that they were choked and written on with a marker by another individual following an argument between the two. Officers were dispatched to 173 Pleasant St. to serve a restraining order. When the officers arrived, they located the individual, who was intoxicated at the time. The individual refused to comply with the officers’ requests and became belligerent and aggressive. The individual then began to yell and attempted to strike the officers before being placed under arrest for assault and battery (domestic abuse) and violation of the 209A abuse law. An officer was dispatched to the Yard on a report of a theft valued at $50. The incident involved a bottle of Soju and Hennessey.

May 13: At HUPD headquarters, officers assisted the Tufts University Police Department in locating the owner of a found wallet. Officers observed four individuals acting suspiciously near the bike rack of Gund Hall. One of the individuals was observed removing the front tire of a bike. While questioning the individuals, the officers were approached by an individual who stated that their tire had been stolen. Officers recovered the tire from the individuals being questioned. They were then run for warrants with negative results and issued trespass warnings for all University property.

May 14: Graffiti was reported on a bathroom door at the Harvard School of Public Health. An unattended pocketbook containing checks and credit cards was reported stolen from the Murr Center.
