Police reports

Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department for the week ending April 3. The official log is located at 1033 Massachusetts Ave., sixth floor, and is available online at http://www.hupd.harvard.edu/.

March 29: A fire panel box was reported vandalized at Gilbert Hall.

March 31: A painting valued at $2,000 was reported stolen from the Center for Government and International Studies. An officer was dispatched to take a report of ongoing harassment at Adams House Dining Hall.

April 1: Two unattended wallets were reported stolen from the Sailing Center.

April 2: Officers were dispatched to Leverett House Towers on a report of an individual who had just been assaulted. Officers spoke with the individuals involved and a report was filed.

April 3: Graffiti spray painted on a wall inside the Science Center was reported. At the New Research Building, an officer was dispatched to take a report of an unknown individual who had stolen $10, damaged a treadmill, and turned the volume of the televisions all the way up.

Since March 29, there have been four reports of small fires. One fire was determined to have been caused by a cigarette. Four bicycles have been reported stolen.
