Human Rights internship deadline is approaching

1 min read

The University Committee on Human Rights Studies (UCHRS) has announced the details of its 2005 summer internship program for undergraduates. Up to 10 summer internships will be available to qualified students seeking to work for eight to 10 weeks in a human rights organization in the United States or abroad.

Now in its third year, the internship enables undergrads to put theoretical knowledge and interests into practice and to learn about the challenges involved in implementing human rights.

Application forms and additional information are available at http://www.humanrights.harvard.edu/undergradstudy/internships.html, or contact UCHRS coordinator Molly Curren at (617) 496-4950. The application deadline is Feb. 16.
