Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department for the week ending Nov. 15. The official log is located at 1033 Massachusetts Ave., sixth floor.

Nov. 9: Officers were dispatched to the Mill Street lot on a report of possible vandalism in progress. Officers checked the area for two individuals with negative results. An officer was later dispatched to the site to take a report of a broken passenger-side mirror on a motor vehicle. At Hemenway Gym, two credit cards were reported stolen and used fraudulently.

Nov. 10: A jacket was reported stolen at the Seeley Mudd Building. Suspicious mail was received at the Barker Center.

Nov. 11: A vending machine was reported vandalized at Gilbert Hall. An officer responded to a multiple vehicle accident at Massachusetts Avenue and Church Street. The Cambridge Police Department (CPD) was notified and the officer assisted CPD as needed.

Nov. 12: A wall clock and a package of cookies were reported stolen from the New Research Building. A camel hair coat and vest were reported stolen at the Museum of Natural History.

Nov. 13: Two computer processors and computer speakers were reported stolen from Baker Library.

Nov. 14: A harassing phone call was reported at Hollis Hall. An officer was dispatched to the Everett Police Department to check on items that may have been taken from Harvard.

Nov. 15: Vandalism and property damage to a pool table, accessories, and surrounding walls were reported at Wigglesworth Hall. Wallets were reported stolen at the Science Center and Dudley House. A bicycle was reported stolen from 45 Shattuck St.
