Gioia to lead OFA discussion

Chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Dana Gioia will participate in “Perspectives from the National Endowment for the Arts: An Informal Discussion” at Agassiz Theatre on Feb. 9 at 3 p.m. A poet, literary critic, educator, and former business executive, Gioia will discuss the NEA’s current initiatives and goals, and the role that the agency plays in American culture. Sponsored by the Office for the Arts (OFA), the event is free and open to the public.
