Medical School seeks nominations for Dean’s Award

On behalf of Harvard Medical School (HMS) and the School of Dental Medicine, the Joint Committee on the Status of Women seeks nominations for two distinguished awards that support women faculty and staff.

The Dean’s Award for the Support and Advancement of Women Faculty recognizes the contributions of an individual who has significantly supported recruitment, retention, and/or promotion of women faculty at HMS.

The Dean’s Award for the Support and Advancement of Women Staff recognizes the efforts of an individual who has demonstrated support for the career development, professional advancement, mentoring, and career/life balance of women staff within the HMS community.

Recipients are given a financial award, recognized in publications, and honored at a gathering of their colleagues.
