Reflections on a half century at Harvard

1 min read

John P. “Jack” Reardon Jr. ’60 is a Harvard legend. He began as a student at the College in 1956, and his extraordinary career has thus far spanned several roles, including senior tutor in Kirkland House, director of admissions and financial aid at Harvard College, director of athletics, associate vice president for University relations, Harvard Alumni Association executive director, and adviser to four Harvard presidents and the Board of Overseers.

Reardon, who will step down as Harvard Alumni Association executive director in July, shares his memories as he looks back on 50 years at Harvard University.
