Maher memorial service Sept. 25

A memorial service for Brendan A. Maher, the Emeritus Edward C Henderson Professor of the Psychology of Personality in the Department of Psychology, will be held on Sept. 25 at 2 p.m. in the Memorial Church with the Rev. Professor Peter J. Gomes, the Plummer Professor of Christian Morals and Pusey Minister in the Memorial Church, conducting services.

Maher, who was a highly regarded scholar in the field of schizophrenia and made extensive contributions to the empirical study of psychopathology, died in his Durham, N.C., home on March 17, at the age of 84.
