Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) for the week ending Dec. 7. The official log is located at 1060 Massachusetts Ave., sixth floor.

Dec. 1: A hit-and-run accident with minimal damage was reported at the Holyoke Center Garage. An officer was dispatched to the Hong Kong Restaurant to assist a Cambridge Police Department (CPD) officer who requested help.

Dec. 2: An individual was arrested for trespassing at 2 Divinity Ave. Vandalism to a bicycle was reported at Greenough Hall.

Dec. 3: A cell phone was reported lost at Jordan Hall. A motor vehicle accident involving an HUPD vehicle was reported. No personal injury was reported. A threatening letter was reported at the Semitic Museum. A laptop was reported stolen from Wolbach Hall.

Dec. 4: An officer was dispatched to a fire alarm at 83 Brattle St. Cambridge Fire Department extinguished a small electrical fire. A cell phone was reported lost at Hamilton Hall. A larceny of clothes was reported at Eliot House.

Dec. 5: A wallet was reported stolen from Mallinckrodt Lab. At the Spangler Building, officers stood by during an administrative procedure to suspend a student. The student was issued a trespass warning and escorted off the property.

Dec. 6: A camera was reported stolen from Gund Hall. Officers served a restraining order to 18 Banks St. Officers were dispatched to Winthrop House on a report of a possible suicide. Victim was found in an unconscious state and transported to Mt. Auburn Hospital by ambulance. The victim was later pronounced dead.

Dec. 7: A cell phone was reported stolen from Eliot House Dining Hall. A report of past vandalism was filed at the Science Center.
