Harvard Project on Justice to co-sponsor peace program

1 min read

Harvard’s Project on Justice in Times of Transition and the Public Policy Program of the National University of Singapore will be co-sponsoring a program titled “The Experiences of Local Actors in Peace-building, Reconstruction and the Establishment of Rule of Law” from March 23-25 at the National University in Singapore. Chaired by Gareth Evans of the International Crisis Group, the event will afford 20 practitioners engaged in recent peace operations throughout the world an opportunity to compare and assess recent strategies to establish rule of law. The event will launch a two-year initiative of the Project on Justice in Times of Transition to engage local practitioners in improving international efforts to assist with the development of sustainable institutions in postconflict contexts.
