Police reports

Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) for the week ending Dec. 6. The official log is located at 1033 Massachusetts Ave., sixth floor.

Nov. 30: A computer monitor, digital camera, and Palm Pilot were reported stolen from 175 N. Harvard St. A backpack containing a cell phone, sunglasses, and cosmetics kit was reported stolen from Pound Hall. An officer responded to the Malkin Athletic Center on a report of a person known to have an outstanding warrant. Officers spoke to the individual, ran the individual for warrants with positive results, then placed the individual under arrest.

Dec. 1: A wallet was reported stolen from the Science Center. Fifty folding metal chairs were reported stolen from the Warren Alpert Building.

Dec. 2: Contents valued at $27 were reported stolen from an unattended backpack at the Science Center.

Dec. 3: An officer was dispatched to 75 Mt. Auburn St. to take a report of a past indecent assault. HUPD's Criminal Investigation Division is investigating the incident.

Dec. 4: Airline tickets valued at $500 were reported stolen from Peabody Terrace.

Dec. 5: A purse with a cell phone and other contents was reported stolen at the Loeb Drama Center.

Dec. 6: A window was reported smashed at Massachusetts Hall. At the HUPD substation (200 Longwood Ave.), an individual reported that their Harvard ID was stolen from their coat pocket. Harassing text messages were reported at Quincy House. A wallet was reported stolen from Comstock Hall. A cell phone was reported stolen from the Science Center.

Since Nov. 30, three computers have been reported stolen.
