Robin Chase, co-founder and former CEO of Zipcar, a car-sharing company in Boston, New York, and Washington, D.C., is spending the 2004-05 year at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Chase will use her year as a Loeb Fellow to apply her Zipcar experience to the larger problems of transportation, land use, urban sprawl, and environmental decay.
