Brown sinks competition at NCAA Rowing Championships

Radcliffe's heavyweight crew finished 10th out of 12 schools at the NCAA Rowing Championships this past weekend (May 28-30) in Rancho Cordova, Calif. The Black and White - who captured the title a year ago - managed strong finishes in the varsity eight and second varsity eight petite finals, placing second and third, respectively, for 23 points. Brown, meanwhile, tallied 70 points (the most by a team in six years) to capture the team trophy for the fourth time since the competition began in 1997.
