Memorial services set for Dearden, Szabo
John Dearden memorial Feb. 27
A memorial service for John Dearden, Herman C. Krannert Professor of Business Administration Emeritus, will be held on Friday (Feb. 27) at 10:30 a.m. in the Class of 1959 Chapel on the Harvard Business School campus. Dearden died on Jan. 9 at the age of 84.
Albert Szabo memorial March 6
A memorial service for Albert Szabo will be held March 6 at 3:30 p.m. at the Memorial Church. A reception at the Carpenter Center, 24 Quincy St., will immediately follow the service. Szabo, who died Dec. 17, 2003, was the Osgood Hooker Professor of Visual Arts Emeritus at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, professor of architecture emeritus at the Graduate School of Design, and associate of Dudley House.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation, 720 Harrison Ave., suite 707, Boston, MA 02118.
