Police reports

Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department for the weeks beginning Dec. 7 and ending Jan. 3. The official log is located at 1033 Massachusetts Ave., sixth floor.

Dec. 7: Officers were dispatched to North Hall to take a report of vandalism. Officer reports that three windows were broken.

Dec. 8: Officers arrested an individual at Sanders Theatre for indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.

Dec. 9: An emergency box was reported vandalized at Jordan Hall South. An officer was dispatched to 2 Mt. Auburn St. on a report of glass breaking. Officer reports an individual with a laceration transported to hospital.

Dec. 10: Officer assisted the Cambridge Police Department (CPD) with a minor motor vehicle accident. A video game was reported stolen at Eliot House. Officers arrested an individual with active warrants for drug possession.

Dec. 11: Payroll checks were reported stolen at the Barker Center. An officer took a report of a past sexual assault, Harvard Yard. An officer was dispatched to Matthews Hall to take a report of a past larceny of a digital camera. At the Barker Center, officers assisted CPD with a tow. Officers assisted CPD with a report of suspicious activity at 60 Mt. Auburn St.

Dec. 14: Officers assisted CPD in searching Harvard Square for an individual with a 9-month-old child. CPD stopped the subject in front of 1414 Massachusetts Ave.

Dec. 15: An officer was dispatched to Quincy House to take a report of a burglary. Officer reported that the bottom half of the door to the police substation appears to have been kicked in.

Dec. 16: Vandalism to a window was reported at Mellon Hall. A credit card was reported stolen at the Kennedy School.

Dec. 18: Officers assisted CPD on a report of a domestic disturbance at 95 Prescott St. CPD arrested one individual on an active warrant. Two remote-control cars were reported stolen at Pierce Hall.

Dec. 19: A burglary report was filed at 65 Mt. Auburn St.

Dec. 20: An officer was dispatched to Eliot House to take a report of vandalism to a window.

Dec. 22: An officer came upon a dumpster fire behind Brigham and Women's Hospital. The Boston Fire Department was notified and the fire was extinguished. Officers assisted CPD on the report of a possible breaking and entering in progress at 107 Oxford St.

Dec. 23: Officers dispatched to 164 Longwood Ave. to take a report of an attempted forced-entry burglary.

Dec. 24: An officer was dispatched to Gordon Track to take a report of stolen items and vandalism to the property.

Dec. 29: At University Hall, an officer took a report of a past assault. The report is being filed as a countercomplaint as it relates to an assault incident reported Dec. 6.

Dec. 31: Officers assisted CPD with a motor vehicle accident with injuries at Plympton and Mill streets.

Jan. 3: An officer was dispatched to the Business School lot to take a report of a stolen 1992 Honda Accord.

Since Dec. 7, three cell phones, one digital camera, three laptops, two personal digital assistants, four projectors, and one wallet have been reported stolen.
