Police reports

Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department for the week ending Dec. 6. The official log is located at 1033 Massachusetts Ave., sixth floor.

Nov. 30: Graffiti was reported at 643 Huntington Ave.

Dec. 1: Vandalism to windows was reported at 25 Travis St. Two projectors were reported stolen at the Pound Building. A projector was reported stolen at Harvard Hall. Vandalism was reported at Weld Hall. An officer was dispatched to the Science Center to take two reports of several items stolen from an office.

Dec. 2: A purse was reported stolen at the Holyoke Center. Money was reported stolen at Dunster House Dining Hall. Officers were dispatched to 29 Mt. Auburn St. to assist the Cambridge Police Department on a report of a sexual assault.

Dec. 3: Officers were dispatched to 44 Brattle St. on a report of suspicious activity. The individual reports that there was a packet of rodent poison mixed in a drawer with hot chocolate packets. Officers were dispatched to the Center for Middle Eastern Studies on a report of suspicious activity. Officer reports that several propaganda flyers were found throughout the building. A scarf was reported stolen at Houghton Library. A backpack was reported stolen at Canaday Hall.

Dec. 4: An attempted larceny of a projector was reported at Harvard Hall. At Houghton Library, an officer took a report of a stolen coat, gloves, and scarf that occurred on Dec. 3. CDs were reported stolen at Paine Hall. An officer was dispatched to the Holyoke Center to take a report of $60 stolen from a wallet. An officer was dispatched to the Spangler Building on a report of check fraud.

Dec. 5: Officers took a report of a simple assault at the Dental School.

Dec. 6: Officers were dispatched to University Hall on a report of an aggravated assault. Officers located the individuals and checked both for warrants with negative results. Officers issued the individuals trespass warnings and sent them on their way.

Since Nov. 30, two bicycles and three laptops have been reported stolen. There have been three reports of harassing phone calls or e-mails.
