Allston armed robbery suspects sought

On Tuesday, Jan. 29, at approximately 8:30 p.m., a graduate school student was the victim of an armed robbery on Western Avenue near the intersection of North Harvard in front of Charlesview Apartments. The suspects, described below, confronted the victim after exiting a silver motor vehicle. One of the suspects displayed a silver handgun and demanded the victim's money. The victim turned over an amount of cash and the suspects fled in the vehicle in an unknown direction.

The first suspect is described as a black male, approximately 25 years of age, 5-foot-10-inches tall, 180 pounds, wearing a black bandana and blue jeans. The second suspect is described as a slim-built black male, approximately 23 years of age, 5-foot-9-inches tall, with dreadlocks or braids and wearing a black bandana.
