Last year, the provost awarded a number of groups from across the University funds to encourage collaboration in such diverse areas as biomedical ethics and the understanding of Hellenic society. Students from every school participated in the cooperative efforts to produce a wide array of projects.

Grants will be awarded in amounts up to $3,000. These grants will support extracurricular academic collaborations among various student groups enrolled in different schools of the University. Each group should have at least 10 students gathered from at least three different schools to meet the eligibility requirements. Groups must have a "home" school as the host for the funds and oversight. The fund aims to cover meeting costs, travel costs for outside speakers or experts visiting the group, or costs related to a conference.
