What's your risk of cancer?

To find out, look into http://www.yourcancerrisk.harvard.edu. The site provides personalized, interactive information about your chances of getting breast, prostate, lung, colon, bladder, melanoma, uterine, kidney, ovarian, cervical, stomach, and pancreatic cancer.

After answering a few questions, the site gives you information about your risk levels in the form of a bar graph. Then you can view a list of prevention efforts and lifestyle changes that can lower your risk. As you click on each one, the bar graph shrinks to illustrate how much your risk drops.

The free site is made possible by the Harvard Center for Cancer Prevention, which claims that one-half of all cancers in the United States can be prevented when people take steps to reduce their risks.
