HARVARD GAZETTE ARCHIVES Nominations Sought for Women's Leadership Award
The Harvard College Women’s Leadership Award honors a junior or senior who has demonstrated exceptional leadership affecting women while attending Harvard, achieved meaningful impact on fellow students, and exhibited a potential for leadership in future endeavors. The undergraduate award is given in conjunction with a cash stipend. In order to be considered for this award, each candidate must first receive a nomination by a faculty person, staff member, administrator, or student in the form of a letter of recommendation submitted to the Harvard College Women’s Leadership Award, c/o the Office of Career Services at 54 Dunster St. There is no limit to the number of nominations which one person may make. Nominations must be submitted by Friday, Dec. 3, 1999.
