The schedule for the Office of the General Counsel's "Legal Updates for Harvard Managers" program for 1999-2000 is as follows: "Dealing with Students with Medical or Mental Health Emergencies," Oct. 6, 1999, noon-3 p.m. (co-sponsored with Harvard University Health Services and the Harvard University Police Department); "Risk Management at Harvard," Dec. 2, 1999, 9 a.m.-noon; "Introduction to ‘Reasonable Accommodation’ Under the Disability Laws," Jan. 13, 2000, 9 a.m.-noon (co-sponsored with the Office of Human Resources); "Affirmative Action and Diversity at Harvard," Jan. 13, 2000, 2-4:30 p.m. (co-sponsored with the Office of the Assistant to the President and the Office of Human Resources); "Contracts 101," Feb. 17, 2000, 9 a.m.-noon; "Recent Developments in Intellectual Property Affecting Higher Education," March 13, 2000, 9 a.m.-noon; and "Conducting Internal Investigations," March 13, 2000, 2-4:30 p.m. All sessions will be held at the Gutman Conference Center, Graduate School of Education, 6 Appian Way (Lower Level of Gutman Library).
