The Office of the General Counsel will hold a series of seminars and briefing sessions for Harvard managers throughout the academic year.

The schedule is as follows:

"Working With Consultants," Oct. 23, 8:30 a.m.-noon at the Faculty Club; "Making Sense of Cyberlaw," Nov. 18, 8:30 a.m.-noon at the Countway Library Auditorium in the Medical Area; "Legal Issues in Hiring -- Managing the Risks," Dec. 11, 8:30 a.m.-noon at the Faculty Club; "Legal Issues in Hiring -- Managing the Risks," January 1998, 8:30 a.m.-noon in the Medical Area (date and location to be announced); "Current Issues in Student Records and Privacy," March 10, 8:30 a.m.-noon at the Faculty Club; "Legal Issues in Conference Organizing," April 6, 10 a.m.-noon at the Faculty Club; "Handling Software Consulting Agreements" (cosponsored with University Information Systems), April 9, 8:30 a.m.-noon at the Faculty Club; and "The New AIA Construction and Design Forms and Harvard Modifications" (cosponsored with Harvard Planning and Real Estate), April 17, 8:30-10 a.m. at the Faculty Club.
